Without going in to laborious detail, I just require this problem resolved as quickly as possible so we can move forward... The following is the problem that still persists since referred to correspondence, and it requires to be rectified under the simple principal consumer protection of we cannot be billed and pay for services that we do not utilise, simply we utilise 15U of Server space and are being billed for 29U there is a 19U per month discrepancy, which we have been paying for and now require this to be removed from all future billing. Conclusion
I believe that our services are going to be suspended on the 25th of this month, we are not refusing to pay we simply requesting that MWEB get its house in order and supply and bill us for what we request and use. I would like to advise all concerned that if we suffer any loss of business due to this suspension, MWEB will be held accountable and liable for such loss, as I do not understand why I have to beg and plead to get and pay for the services OpenMinds requires. This entire situation not acceptable and request resolution on this as soon as possible, if suspension is inevitable from MWEB point of view then reply according and
