For yrs now ive noticed that every time a draw a bank statement theres an amount of R99.00 deducted for Flexicell. Ive always assumed that it was a policy that Ive forgotten about. Until I enquired at the bank, and they told me what it was.
I was so shocked to find out that ive have been losing this money for all these years, without getting anything back. I asked the bank to cancel the debit-order, but they said I must do it myself.
Im so glad that I can have this platform to find out whats up with this company, where do they get your details to just deduct R99.00 monthly for years without the person benefitting in any way; and how do I get my money back.
