Amazing service

I took out a new contract with Vodacom and requested my Cell C number to be ported. To make a long story short, there was some difficulty with the porting and it took longer than expected. The person who took it upon himself to assist me and get to the bottom of this problem is Gerhard Vosloo. He was so professional: always accessible, courteous and with a sense of urgency. He kept his cool even when I got upset and never once made me feel that he was not trying his best to resolve my situation. He kept me in the loop all the time. Last night he phoned me to say that the problem has been resolved and that everything is sorted out. He was even willing to deliver my Sim card to my house or to come in to work on his day off to meet me to give me the correct Sim card. This is what client centricity is all about. Gerhard makes Vodacom look very good and you now have a customer who feels valued, thanks to him.
