Worst Service i ever experienced

In March 2013 i moved my wife's cellphone contract over to Cell C hoping to save and receive better value for money. However the sequence of inefficiencies and endless lack of service has ended up in me spending much more time and money on dealing with this.
firstly my contract was captured incorrectly charging me for what was meant to be all inclusive which took two months for someone internally to actually acknowledge and then rectify.
In May the handset (BB9320) seized and i returned it to the store where i was directed elsewhere. after only being able to get there 3weeks later i was unable to wait in a queue for 3hrs.
I then returned to the store and received the phone after another 3weeks. with no feedback on what was repaired after experiencing the same issue.
Again the phone was returned and now after more than 3weeks the same phone was returned with no feedback on what was done.
i refused to accept the phone without feedback and only to experience the same issue and have to go through another lengthy period and inconvenience. i have now had enough and demand a new phone as i have only had 2months use out of paying for 5 months. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!
