I have a contract with a 2Gig data bundle. When we reach the 2Gig limit, we purchase "top-up" via FNB banking. Confirmtion SMS's from both MTN and FNB on the purchase received after each transaction. MTN, however, charges us again on the monthly statement extra for going over our 2Gig cap. I raised the query in 13 June and to date have had no response. When I phone they can't tell me why this has not been resolved. I asked for a channel within MTN to complain and am always told to write to : [Email Removed] When I do I get a return message telling me this e-mail address is no longer in use! Now I have no other avenue of complaint! What a joke
