So I get a call from Funiwe on Saturday and I am assured that retention's Dept will call me latest Monday. It is now Tuesday 8:25 and am still waiting. Just for the record, this Blackberry is 6 MONTHS OLD. A contract my husband is paying R399 per month. So now I will have to use a refurbished phone for the next year and a half and I am sure the issues will be recurrent. In my opinion if a phone is faulty, especially if it is factory faults, it should be REPLACED. I would like this to be RESOLVED today. I am without a phone since 26 Jun-13.
