So,
I requested my TI ADSL *account* to be cancelled with Telkom (more than 3 weeks ago). Wasn't too impressed with the performance, TI unable to provision the account correctly (unable to log into my email / usage tracker / etc) and couldn't really be bothered to sit on the phone for hours on end with Telkom to sort it out - I mean hey, if you can't provision a account even, then obviously there are issues on your side.
What does Telkom do? more than 3 weeks later after requesting them to cancell my TI account, they go and cancel the TI account (finally), my ADSL Service, and my phone line!!! Everything, cancelled. NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER.
Thanks Telkom. I guess it doesn't matter what you do, your image will just plain and simply never change. You CANNOT be trusted, and you will NEVER be able to operate as a respectable company.
Conveniently, everything was ofcourse cancelled Friday afternoon just before they go home, and conveniently, now I have to wait untill Monday to process cancellations on the cancellations that was incorrectly issued by Telkom Internet.
Your incompetence, never fails to amaze me... Really.
