I already submitted one complaint about my sim cards not being activated, only to receive a generic response.
Liana Andrews got hold of the store that was having a problem loading my multi sims.
Liana was emailed "Liana Andrews (LA)" as well as TM SOC Review
I was trying to have two sims loaded, yet only one has subsequently been activated! it has been 3 weeks now! This is pathetic!
According to the store manager, Liana is no longer replying to her emails!
I do not want another generic reply! I want this sorted out! I am HIGHLY annoyed! I have a lengthy thread of emails between myself and the store manager with only a half job being completed!
