My sister and I are on my moms top up plan. My mom went to the gezina branch as she noticed that my phone was being charged for BIS twice. She asked that they make the plans the same. From 7pm last night I had no bbm, no internet. A diagnostic test I ran on my phone said I was not connected to BIS. I called the call centre and was assured that my bis was not deactivated. Subsequent to that I surfed the internet then my browser stopped working as it said I had ran out of airtime *insert shock and anger*. I had audit work that I had to submit last night and I missed my deadline thanks to autopage, who when I called again this morning at 8 o clock said they would rectify the error in 1-2 hours. I had to resort to purchasing data bundles so I could do my work. I called the gezina branch that assisted my mom, and was told that the wrong BIS had been cancelled *still no appologies*. The gentlemen then proceeded to rectify the problem, which means the lady I spoke to this morning hadn't done a thing to help me. An apology for this royal stuff up and my airtime being topped back up to what it was yesterday would be much appreciated. N thanks for ruining my day off
