I have been receiving a lack of network coverage at my home and my parents house where my phone switches to EDGE and I can barely do anything with my phone. Bad lines and dropped calls. When I switch it over to Vodacom EDGE at least I can receive emails and make decent phone calls. After trying to contact numerous times on twitter to no avail. I tried formally by the website. It's been a week... Again, I'm not the only one who have issues with their CUSTOMER SERVICE.
If I wanted to go to Vodacom I would've... This after I avoided Cell C for 10 years because of bad service and even asked the clerk if their attitude changed.
