Disgusted by treatment of pensioner/no feedback

My father signed up for a 2 year contract for a Cell C stick in May 2011 as there was no ADSL facility in the area they moved into. My mother is nearly 80 & loves her computer. Last year, unrequested, they were sent a new stick in the post, which they started using. They did not realise that by not sending it back they were commitiing to a new 2 year contract?? My father thought the original contract should have ended May this year, so when he continued to receive statements, I tried to find out why. On 11th June I phoned the call centre when I was told about the new contract, which my father does not recall agreeing to. I was informed that they would find the recording & get back to me. I heard nothing, so phoned again on 18th June. Leigh said the complaint had only just gone through & that I would receive a call by 21st June. I heard nothing. I phoned again today & was told there was no record of a complaint! I went through the whole story & was told that a supervisor would contact me within 3 hours. Again I have heard nothing. My mother has not used the stick for over 3 months as they now have ADSL but have been told they have to continue paying Autopage for another year.
