Cell C - keep calling and no one spealing

Hi

i received 13 calls from Cell C yesterday (27/06/2013) from the following number 27873107556. i see that i am not the first to complain about this here on HELLOPETER.

they keep calling and once i answer, no one is speaking but i can hear the call centre in the background. and i do not dare not to answer as they then start to call 2 - 3 times per minute. and this is not the first time, a few months ago the same happend when i received 6 calls from them.

if they want to waste my time they can at least talk rubbish to me instead of calling me, silence and hangup.

where did they get my number???
if they get commission for every call they make, where the is my cut as they use me to pocket money???

this is pure harassment.

once again, where did they get my number?

i think it is clear that i will never be joining Cell C in the near future.
