I logged a service call on my landline on Saturday morning call Ref: 60CWZ220613 and am still waiting for my line to be fixed. I called your call centre on Monday and was told no Technician has been assisgned. Called Tuesday same story and then spoke to Hloni a supervisor who requested feedback and promised me he would phone me back before 9am. Still waiting for that call. Called the call centre again now, no Technician still assigned to the fault and may only be done tomorrow.
Useless service and I am not suprised people are leaving you. Now I am forced to use my cell which is more costly, but who cares. How about giving me a month's free line rental!!!
