Only after 6 months but hey they got it right

After my complaint about MTN not being able to change a debit order date did they finally do it. But what a joy it was quick and easy and settled in no time. Thanks to the staff that made this so easy. Just a shame that one has to complain in the public domain, before service providers take note.
