Last week or was it two weeks ago i called into the foneworx support line and i was assited by a agent who goes by the name of thami. I needed assistance regarding the accounting facilities and a faxing solution. This gentle man not only assisted me with this but he also took the extra step to inform me abt other products that i needed like airtime facilities and registration for telkom lines. This week i called in and spoke to the same gentle man who very swifty assitated me with faxing facilities .iam very impressed by the feed back and overall service from foneworx
