I give up... I am about to either rip every bit of wiring out of my house or stick my finger in a live socket! Please Telkom... sort out the service I am paying for and not "getting" do not send me a "this has been resolved" message until you have actually checked with me. Do not send technicians round to my house on a public holiday without prior arrnagement and assume that everyone is going to be home - I was away in KZN and the housesitter would not let them in because there had been no appointment made and when he stuck his head outside - there was no Telkom van visible... 3weeks after inital fault reporting and still no service. This is my access to TVNW, Complex controls and SAPS
