Case 6253175 refers. 8ta is giving me the run arounds with regards to my complaint. First they asked me to complete an entire questionnaire and I have to provide them with proof of the network issues via a tool they instructed me to use. I have send back the info and proof that the network is a problem. All they could reply was that the service is working. YES, it's working but at what speed 8ta??? Not even close as to what you indicate. Now, I am still waiting for them to come back to me after 2 weeks of asking whats the problem. In the mean time I must pay my account and sit with a super slow network. This is not fair, why must we accept service like this. They keep on asking that I send the info again, which leads me to believe they have not even look into the issue for the past 2 weeks. Why must I send it again if it was emailed to them on FB and their customer service email address? 8ta I need an answer from you guys. Stop avoiding me, I am not going to go away. I want the service that I pay for!!!
