Ought a brand new phone on the 05/06/2013 and on the 02/06/2013 it had to take it back for and software upgare i was advised it would take a wk and and i said yes thats ok, 2wks later i still dont have a phone and i tried calling the van gate store with no Luck.19/062013 i went into the stroe and was advised by shaun that he tried calling my dad as the truck was hi -jacked, 1st my dad never received a miss call and the alternative which is mine was also never tried. IT STAY 1 AFTER THE OTHER.
