After speaking to someone handling my previous complaint (that took over two weeks) I am still nowhere... The person in upgrades that I was suppose to talk to was on the line and would call me back as soon as he was off. As expected, NO call... why on earth would I even upgrade now when no one can even call a person back???
Autopage is a joke, they obviously are happy to lose clients as they have too much business in the fragile economy... with your huge lack of customer service and product knowledge I am suprised you have any clients.
