This is the second complaint on Hello Peter for the same query. I posted regarding an iPhone that I have yet to receive (it is now a month and counting). After my previous complaint I was phoned by Cherante saying there were no phones available, but Autopage would make this a priority. I have heard nothing since that phone call and of course have still not received my phone... Of course, no haste was spared in "resolving and closing" my previous query to make sure you look good on the system. If only you treated your clients with the same level of urgency.
