I was broken into at the Shell Toll Plaza. Umvoti on Friday, I called the lady who helps us with our cellular requirements BELINDA RAUTENBACH, it was no problem for her to help, she logged on and cancelled the sim in minutes and also proceeded with a follow up call to ask if I needed anything else. She then sent me a dump screen to put my heart at rest that it was cancelled.

This is service that you just don't get anymore. I hope MTN know the staff they have an recognise them for the efforts even in the late hours of the night.
