I have a 8ta contract. For about 5 months now I have been having signal problems. People phone me and my phone goes on FAX. The previous 4 complaint weren't logged. Finally Thato from Loch logan waterfront branch helped me and got people to phone me but if they don't know whats happening they just don't call again.
Now I want to upgrade 2 months before the time and they say NO. I want to cancel my contract and I have to pay a penalty fee, but they cant or wont help me. I need answers please. I have been sent up and down.
