I've updated my contract and not only did they captured it incorrectly, Michael point blank refuse to provide a written apology for the incompetent service. In his BRILLIANT MIND, HIS WORD IS ABOVE THAT OF THE PINCIPLE. Instead, he will ask that the consultant who loaded the contract incorrectly, offer an apology. They have no idea about Treat Your Customer Fairly, nor about the Consumer Protection Act, have never heard about Client Service and are brilliant in passing the buck. Everyone is at fault, except the MTN KOLONNADE FRANCHISE. They do not call back, do not escalate a problem, don't take responsibility for their actions and will rather loose a client, than to resolve a problem. BRAVO TO MICHEAL AND JACO - YOU BOTH DESERVE A MIELIE AWARD FOR THE MOST INCOMPETENT AND AROGANT SERVICE RENDERED. I would like to see if the franchise or even MTN have the guts to contact me to resolve this matter. If they offered a written apology signed by one of the principles of the franchise and corrected my contract, I would have remained with them. I'm in the process to cancel my contract and to expose them in the media.
