Altech Autopage is probably the worst service provider in the land. They deducted additional funds from my account and when I queried it, it took them three months to resolve it despite having a number a number of calls to the call centre to ask that the funds be refunded. It was only after i threatened to take them to the ombudsman that they finally responded. Then they paid within three days. Now they are unable to provide me with an itemized bill for over two weeks, yet they see it fitting that I should pay their account without verification of the charges.
