BILLING ACCOUNT QUERY AND RECONNECTION

I have sent 3 mails through to MTN and today i get a response that my account is with Legal Daprtment. To date no one has the dam courtesy to call me or mail me. I have been without my cell for 3 months and MTN has not even contacted me to assess my problem.
I am struggling to make contact with Somebody to reconnect my line and sort this mess out. WAKE UP MTN .YOUR SERVICE STINKS .I AM PAYING YOUR PRICE ALTHOUGH YOUR RATES ARE HIGH . YOU ARE NOT DOING ME ANY FAVOURS AND NEITHER ARE YOU PART OF GOVERMENT .PLEASE CAN YOU BE SO KIND TO RECOONECT MY ACCOUNT AND EXPALIN WHY IS MY ACCOUINT IN LEGAL!
