I wrote to hellopeter about my dissatisfaction regarding AG Talk Cellular and they promised to investigate the matter but till today I haven't heard from them. So now I am beginning to suspect that what happened was done deliberately so that they will garnis us. I am paying R14 000 for the phone that stopped working six months after the commencement of the contract and was told to bring the phone back.
The phone was never returned hence the Landau Attorneys are deducting the money on monthly basis.
Can anyone tell me what is going on with this company.
