8ta / Telkom Mobile
Had enough!

I would just like to say that 8ta has been the worse service provider I ever had to deal with. I have sent multiple emails and lately even phone calls to get absolutely no reply or assistance from their side.

I am currently struggling with my internet connection as it keep disconnecting and when it actually works it dead slow. I phoned last week and was told that someone will be assisting me within 72 hours. That was last week already. Here's the reference number should any at 8ta actually give a sH%t. 5988685

Better still please inform what will the procedure be to cancel this contract since you are unable to provide a service. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!

Hope I get this message posted before my connection dies again!

What a joke, had to restart my router before I could post this message. LOL
