Good Day,

I recienly bought myself an Ipad, and thought id use 8ta to connect to the internet. i totally regret my choice in choosing 8ta. If i have been able to connect to the internet twice since i started using it its alot.. i am never able to connect, and if i do manage to get on it s because i have been trying for hours. its so frustrating. I am so dissapointed in 8ta.

im so glad i never signed a contract with 8ta, im glad that a friend convienced me to use their prepaid deal before signing any contracts.

im definitely going to stop using 8ta if this continues.

maybe im doing something wrong? If anyone has any advise on how to fix this problem please let me know.

PS - I must compliment the lady who rica'd me though, probably the best thing 8ta has been able to offer me so far.
