OTP not received when resetting PIN

During the course of Sunday I was trying to register a prepaid sim on the Mtn site as I need to monitor the bandwidth from the internet. After numerous attempts I never received a single OTP via SMS. I called the call centre and was told there was a delay and it should be resolved shortly. It's now Monday evening and I'm still experiencing the issue. Please advise.
