Incorrect charge on data contract

Morning,
I had taken out a data contract which was offered to me via telephone for 500mb at R45.00 a month for a 24 month contract during March 2013. I did ask if this was the amount due monthly and if there would be no additional charges, and was advised that it would be ONLY R45.00
I has been billed R74.03 and this is unacceptable.
Please can i have this rectified immediatly.
