When it's worth waiting in a queue

On Saturday (18 May) I upgraded my contract - I have not had such efficient, friendly and thorough service. The consultant went out of his way to make this upgrading process pleasurable. Thanks VERY much - this was service which was very good and a credit to Mtn. Thank you so much!!
