I was referred to Philip Zetler for evaluating and selling gold and diamonds. As a novice in this area I was in need of some advice, Philip Zetler himself was definitely not willing nor offering any sort of friendly or useful advice. As a young female I was shocked at his attitude, almost to the point of aggression and condescension. I felt as if I was being pushed into selling my goods for less than they're worth and paying a fee to tell me what the goods were, when I later got this done for free at three different establishments. I strongly advise to NEVER visit this establishment ever again! If you want to get true valued service, rather go else where!
