I initially signed a contract with 8ta in November last year. The service was fast and running perfectly until Mid march 2013.
I used to get speeds of average 9mbps, and now there times i cant even access the internet, and the average speed is 1 mbps or less. More specifically in the evenings.
The service is unreliable, and I have called in numerous times but no luck. There was even a technician sent out to my house but could not advise on what to do.
I feel that the lack of service should allow me to terminate my service, as is is no longer reliable. Despite my investment of R3000 for hardware that is now useless.
