INCOMPANTENT

I walked into Nashua Mobile on the 5th May and showed the consultant in a catelogue the phone I would like, which is a Sony Xperia Z. I asked her if they have it in white and she said no. She then said it will be ready for collection by the latest Thursday 9th May. On Tuesday 14th May I received an sms saying my handset is ready for collection. To my avail it is a Samsung Galaxy 4. They by this time cancelled my current sim and provided me with a new one which I can't use in my current blackberry. I went to the store this morning to change the phone and ask that my old phone be made usable. To date I have not been connected or contacted.
