The accounts division acknowledged through a reconciliation they had overcharged me ~R4k and owed me a credit.By email, they confirmed they owe me a total credit of R 3, 936.28., on my latest statements, I get told I am only being given a credit note of R3116, which does not reconcile to what i am owed. Emails to John to request an explanation simply get ignored.
