I think I've been with Autopage cellular since 1998, and have always used their call centre as an example of how it should NOT be done.
Faith restored, I phoned and spoke to Joe this morning, not only did he actually listen to my issues, he investigated what went wrong and initiated the action to fix it. He kept me updated throughout the call on what he was busy with and what time-frames to expect. Well done. Floris Binneman
