Still being billed for a ported number

I am still being billed, and I have ported my phone to Cell C.

My contract ended in November 2012.

I have also been charged for a higher amount, after countless emails I am feed up and expect a refund.

This is my reference number: MTN SP Account Enquiry e.g. Request Invoice, ITB [#6373534]
and: Reference Number: 6361835??

Tell the customer that we can only credit if 30 days notice was served prior to port request and in this case he was cancelled early and no notice served
