I am still being billed, and I have ported my phone to Cell C.
My contract ended in November 2012.
I have also been charged for a higher amount, after countless emails I am feed up and expect a refund.

Tell the customer that we can only credit if 30 days notice was served prior to port request and in this case he was cancelled early and no notice served
