I reported that my line is dead on the 11 of march my ref no is 6cwko90313 the service no is 0219875607 it is the 4th of may and my line is still dead I stop my adsl line the reason for that is my internet was 80 prsent of (by mistake the line is on my wife`s name for the last two months i try to transfer it to my name but with out any success
