Number Port Request

To whom it may concern

For two months since 01/03/2013 I have been battling to have my MTN number ported to my 8ta contract.

I have been passed from individual to individual all not getting the job done. This line is used as my business contact and have been unable to receive business calls.

The individuals I have dealt with have been Hein at the 8ta Store in early March, Ansley, Channelle, Dineo, Cleopatra, Dominique and other individuals. I have had to resubmit the same documents on 4 separate occasions. I have wasted many hours on the telephone trying to sort this out and every time there is a new excuse/problem.

This problem still remains unsolved. I feel that my account should be credited with the charges of the last 2 months for the inconvenience suffered and time wasted by being passed from one person to the next.

Please attend to this as a matter of urgency. I have been extremely happy with 8ta/Telkom Mobile to this point and am disappointed in having to use hellopeter to try and get this matter rectified.
