I cannot believe that you would pay someone in your company to auto program a computer to send text messages every 15 minutes or so to inform me that my data bundle has run out. The person responsible for this should be dismissed. I do not think you understand the repercussions of this action. Yesterday was a holiday (time off work, relaxing, family etc.) & the entire day Vodacom chooses to send me 49 repeated messages regarding my data bundle. Included here was a recommendation to purchase more data. I am sure that you understand that this spoilt my entire day.
An apology will not suffice & is not necessary as it will simply have no meaning. I seriously suggest that you compensate your customers for hounding them & behaving in such a poor & pathetic manner.
It is more fascinating to me that a company such as Vodacom is not aware or could not care less about incessantly nagging & harassing their customers to the point of insanity.

Messages regarding data usage from time to time which I have an option to choose to receive would have been a lot more helpful. Perhaps then my phone app's would not have swallowed my months allocation in one night!!
