Hi,
Im cancelling my membership with virgin active at the PMB branch because I am relocating with work at the end of April 2013.
I spoke to one of your consultants at the branch who told me to call the call centre, Ive tried a million times yesterday and today and no one picks up.
What do I do? What is the procedure? No one seems to care to help me? I dont want to be paying any monthly fees after this month!
Please advise or call me ASAP.
