Please clean or replace the exercise mats

I have spoken to the management, gym staff and cleaning crew at the Kenilworth and Cavendish gyms about the cleaning of the exercise mats at both these gyms. These mats are cleaned once a week, it is used to sweat on, the material it is made of is sponge like it absorbs the sweat. After a week it is not just dirty it is a health hazard. What bothers me the most in this complaint is the clubs management not reacting and dismissing these complaints as nothing. Please respond to this complaint in more than just "we will replace these mats in the next cycle" or "I take note of this and will do something about this".
