Last month my account was debited for an amount greater than my usual monthly subscription on the 27th and then on the first my normal subscription was debited against my account.
I have gone through to the branch that i use with my bank statement to prove such transactions have occurred and still nothing has been done. I have also sent through emails to their head office and still no one has phoned me to correct these problems.
It feels as though planet fitness is money out of my account for other peoples memberships.
