On Saturday morning, 16th of March 2013, I went to my Hair Salon in Palm Grove Centre, Durbanville... Zone Fitness is directly above the hair salon. And I know from previous visits that the gim allow their clients to dump the weights sounding like thunder and giving you a bolt of shock, because you don't expect it! Saturday it was worst than ever... they phoned the gim and complained and nothing happened... just went on! After my hair was done, including my sister-in-law, we walked up the stairs to the gim. The lady at reception said the manager wasn't there... spoke to her, just looking with a blank stare at me... nothing they can do about it... men do that, dump the weights re the noise. Not acceptable, I pay R600 for my hair and want to do it in peace and quiet. The beauty salon in the hair salon, ladies come there for the same reason re massage, nails etc etc... pampering experience... not possible with that unearthly dumping of weights on your head. The manager gave me a business card but not of Zone Fitness, some Security Solutions card that was left... went back and confronted her about it, said no she didn't say that it was theirs .. she so did!!!
