When i joined Virgin Active Tremshed i was not informed that ill be paying for two gyms, one at Tremshed and one at Sunnypark i was paying R279 a month instead of R219 or maybe R199. Today when i went to pay for my areas on account i saw my friends subscription fee being R199 and i asked how was this possible since i joined a month latter than him thats when they explain how this happen. i was told to contact the manage about this and she told me straight to my face that i was ripped off and there's nothing she can do, thats after i calling the call center, all that the call center did was to change my subscription to R219 a month, so i asked what has to happen about all that extras ive being paying they told me i should speak to the manager of the gym who came with an attitude and she told me she has nothing to do with this since i was signed by an employee called Godfrey so thats not her problem then she told me straight to my face that ive been ripped off. All i want is for them to pay me back the extra money i paid because i wasnt informed ive never gymed even a day at Sunnypark and i signed my contract at Tremshed.
