Inadequate UJ road closures cause road rage

I do not mind the closing of roads to accommodate the Varsity rugby at the UJ Stadium this time of year as it means I can access my house and park my car. However these gates should be manned by properly trained personnel and NOT security guards and two students eating pies on the sidewalk. Traffic passing through... how they were allowed onto the street is a mystery are held back back incompetence and fling abuses at home owners waiting to turn into the barricaded streets. I did not get the customary notice to display in my car and as such I have to "convince" the security gard to gain access. This is not good enough
