My account was handed over in November and until now Leading Edge advises that i should speak to Creditworx about this issue. When i contact Creditworx they advise that there is no account and maybe it has not been added to their systems. It has been 2 months and no one has gotten back to me. When i contact Madeleine at leading Edge she refuses to take my call and the receptionists would not transfer me to her. When i eventually get through to her, she has an attitude and total disregard and shows no respect. Please teach your staff respect and how to speak to a client in a respectful manner. I am DISGUSTED!
