Not accomondating @ all

I went to upgrade my contract @ zone fitness 2 weeks ago, when I got there they had no new cards available, was told to come back the next day, I went next day still no cards was told to come back next day, gave them more than a week still no cards, and the consultant is not available and no answer on her cell phone, what type of service is this???
