I complained about a class. Was assured that they would monitor the instructor - 5 people doing the class, other days we have more than 20 doing the class! No one is monitoring and no feed back from the gym,
Today their was a boot camp type class. NO advertising! When I got to the gym to do my 8 o'clock class the boot camp class had started at 6.30! My type of class would have loved to do it. I was in Durban last weekend so if he mentioned it then I missed it! I did 5 morning classes this week. NO mention of this class! Their is a small A4 notice on the door this morning. Not sure if it was there yesterday morning. I do not wear my glasses to the morning class. Can't read a normal print notice. Make it BIG for Pete's sake. This is a charity class- Advertise the darn thing.
This is so typical Virgin Boksburg. I have complained about them not promoting or advertising changes before. But the manager changes more often than I can keep up so the training needs to come from HQ to teach them to promote the events.
Please guys get it right! It's not rocket science!
