Not a member but you taking money from me

I havent been a planet fitness member for like 6 years, this morning i woke up and you deducted money from me?!?! i have been trying the whole morning to get through to you. this account has been closed for the last 6 years, and no one has ever phoned me to say theres money due or to make arrangements if there was! please sort this out
